The Louisiana Integrated Treatment Services (LITS) Program works to provide services and resources to help individuals and families accepted into the program once again become contributing members of our community.
The program uses the "Housing First" model of service delivery and works alongside program participants to help them reach their housing and healthcare goals.
The program works with program participants to identify housing units for placement within the community. If you are a landlord that has an open unit and would like to work with our program you can contact the LITS Case Manager at LaTessaM@cenlahomeless.org
With the passage of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act, the CLHC has added an additional Rapid Rehousing Program. This program works to connect those experincing homelessness to local landlords and provide finanical and case managment supports to keep program paricipants housed. If you are a landlord that would like to partner with this program you can contact our RRH Case Mangers at SydneyV@cenlahomeless.org or LaquandraJ@cenlahomeless.org.
Participants must be referred to LITS through the Coordinated Entry Process. For more information on how to be connected to Coordinated Entry press here.
